CAPP4Good is a student-led initiative at the University of Chicago dedicated to using technology and data to address pressing public challenges. We convene students, researchers, and practitioners to build civic technology and apply computational methods to poverty, justice, health, education, gender equity, and sustainability.

Through hackathons, lightning talks, and hands-on projects, we empower students to explore how innovative tools can generate solutions with real social impact. Our goal is to grow technical skills and foster a community that values creativity, collaboration, and commitment to the public good.
